RETURN POLICY - HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Purchases made before December 31, 2023, have an extended return period until January 31, 2024.If for any reason you wish to return your item(s), you have 14 non-working days after receiving your order to proceed with shipping. You can make a return directly to our showroom by prior appointment. To facilitate the return process, we ask that you send us an email to info@fanstore.pt with answers to the following questions:What do you intend to do? Return/exchange/cancellation?- Name- Order number- Item to return- IBAN- ReasonAt the time of return, the articles must meet certain condition conditions: - The article must be in perfect condition, it must not have signs of use or any visible damage; - You must ensure that the item comes with the original label; - Come with the original bag/box, which contains the label with your shipping details. If you no longer have one, you must place your name and order number inside the bag; - The recipient of the order must be “FanStore”. As soon as we receive the order at our facilities, we begin the return process as soon as possible, via email. After validating the process via email and authorizing the refund, the amount may take a few days to reach the destination bank account.As these reasons do not depend on FanStore, we stipulate a time limit for making a return of up to 14 business days. Please note that only the value of the item(s) returned will be refunded. Shipping costs for your order, such as shipping costs to our facilities (if applicable) will only be refunded in exceptional cases, for example, if the item sent is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL FANSTORE STORE ?

We currently do not have a physical store, but we do have a showroom that can be visited by appointment and depending on availability.

HOW DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK ?

FanStore guarantees international shipments, which have different postage costs and delivery times that are also different from those practiced nationally.

ORDER SHIPPING TIME ?

For shipments within the Iberian Peninsula, shipments are made within 5-6 days. Outside this zone it may take up to 9 days.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY METHODS FOR ORDERS ?

As a rule, shipments are made via courier, but the customer can collect it from our showroom by prior appointment.
